Body Sculpt

This class focuses on improving muscular strength, muscular endurance, balance and core.You will be using a variety of fitness tools such as dumbells, mini bands, and gliding discs that assist you in sculpting that body! In this class you will be taught a range of traditional weight training exercises.

This class is low impact making it suitable for any level of fitness.
