When I was growing up I was always involved in sports like soccer, volleyball, and basketball. After suffering an injury in soccer, which stopped me from playing, I turned towards the gym to continue my fitness journey. Following my injury I was interested in understanding how the mind works, and how this relates to performance in sports. I am currently a third year psychology student at Simon Fraser University and I am working towards a career in sports psychology.
My experiences with performance in sports and general fitness led me to Personal Training. As a trainer I aim to help clients reach their goals and reach limits they could never have imagined.
