My passion for health and fitness started a few years ago, when a chronic back condition left me physically restricted, in pain, and lacking confidence. I felt exhausted and frustrated by the lack of results I was seeing, despite my efforts. As I learned more about how to be healthier, both physically and mentally, and started implementing changes accordingly, everything changed. I felt stronger, experienced less pain and restriction, and become more confident than I’ve ever been! Now, as a personal trainer, I want to help others achieve their health and fitness goals and break free from whatever is holding them back.
