I was severely overweight when I was younger and started working out in high school with my friends. Pretty soon I started to make a lot of progress and took up powerlifting and started winning meets and setting several provincial records. I began competing in bodybuilding soon after placing top 3 with a goal to get my pro card in the near future! I have roughly about 14 years of experience training in the weight room, and got a lot of opportunities to work with some of the best bodybuilders/athletes in the nation. I wish to pass the knowledge along to other people and help them achieve their goals as fast and safely as possible!
