Youth Programs for Ages: 8 -12, 13 – 17

Welcome to Our Youth Athletic Development Programs

We coach young athletes to become their best selves both on and off the field/court/mats. Our comprehensive approach combines physical training, mental conditioning, and skill development, ensuring every child reaches their fullest potential.

Our Youth Athlete Programs

We Offer 2 Choices of Programs:

  1. After School and/or Weekend: Programs running in 8 week bundles Sept – June. With both Youth (8-12 years) and Teen (13-17 years)
  2. July Summer Camp Intensives: Offered on both weekdays and/or Saturdays.

Note: Our Youth classes are 75 minutes long, meaning parents can have the time they need to shop, relax with a coffee, or do running around (as parents ourselves we know).

  • Young Athletes — Ages 8 – 12: For younger athletes, we focus on building a strong foundation in essential skills such as coordination, agility, balance, and basic sport techniques. This program is perfect for kids new to sports or looking to enhance their foundational abilities.
  • Teen Athletes — Ages 13 – 17: For more experienced teen athletes, our advanced training program hones specific sport skills, enhances strength and conditioning, and improves overall athletic performance. We use cutting-edge techniques and tools to take your child’s abilities to the next level.

After School Programs: September – June 24/25

During the school year we offer both after-school Youth Athlete, and Teen Athlete programs.

Youth Athlete – Ages 8 – 12:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays 3:30 – 4:45pm
  • Saturdays 10 – 11:15am

Teen Athlete – Ages 13-17:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 4 – 5:15pm
  • Saturdays 11:30 – 12:30

July, Summer 2024 Camps: Ages 8 – 12

This July we have our Youth Athlete Camp, ages 8 -12 years.

July Youth Camp:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays in July Starting Thursday July 4th – July 30th (8 class sessions in total).
  • Time: 10am – 11:15am.

  • Team & Independent Sports Development: We offer specialized training for various team sports, including soccer, basketball, baseball, rowing, lacrosse, and more. As well as training for more independent sports such as tennis, martial arts, BJJ, wrestling, etc.
