Once you have completed your registration form, we will reach out within 48 hours to schedule your complimentary goal strategy session! We can’t wait to hear all about your wants, needs, and expectations so we can provide personalized advice and help you take the best next step!
During your complimentary goal strategy session, your coach will review your medical history and current lifestyle to ensure we address your specific needs and goals. We will also conduct a body composition test to assess your muscle and fat distribution, followed by a movement assessment to identify areas for improvement. Based on these insights, we will develop a tailored roadmap to help you achieve your fitness objectives with precision and efficiency.
Once we have completed your personalized strategy session, your coach will walk you through the various personal training options available. Together, you will discuss the best training plan to align with your goals, preferences, and schedule, ensuring a clear path forward to reach your full potential.
