I chose to be a trainer because I wanted to make an impact in the world. Fitness is something that showed me how I can achieve that, and I do that by sharing my knowledge and healthy lifestyle. I was into sports and fitness from a very young age which helped me with staying focused on myself and how to deal with adversity. My motivation is results, I love seeing progress and hard work. I want to help my clients achieve their goals and gain the confidence in the gym that they need.
