I am a passionate and dedicated certified personal trainer with a training style focused on functional strength, sports performance and mobility.
Fitness to me is a sustainable healthy lifestyle, a journey and not a destination and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping someone go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong.
I care deeply about my clients and love to help members strive for greatness and have fun in the process.
Growing up in Mexico I played basketball and soccer and when I moved to Canada, beach volleyball, triathlons and CrossFit became my favourite things to do. After experiencing multiple ups and downs (including overcoming an injury) I have learned a lot about myself. Today, I believe that fitness is not just about physical strength but also about mental and emotional resilience, so good for us in so many ways!.
I have worked with youth athletes and clients of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your athletic performance or overall health, I am here to be your personal guide on every step of your journey.
