I am the Personal Training Manager of Sandcastle Fitness and a NASM Master Trainer, I have over 10 years of experience in the field with specializations in corrective exercise, performance enhancement, fitness nutrition, trigger point therapy, muscle testing & activation, and behaviour change. I believe that a comprehensive approach to fitness is the only way to ensure long term success and work tirelessly to improve all aspects of my clients’ lives. My passion has always been helping others achieve what they dream of by eliminating obstacles that otherwise seem daunting.
