I started my fitness journey as a very thin teenager, with genetics that predicted a very thin adult in my future. I quickly realized that I need to do something about it. I developed a passionate interest in how a body responds to exercise and nutrition, based on research and my own results from using various ideologies. As a result, the Kaizen principle majorly influenced my personal and professional training. I believe a continual incremental increase, steady progressive overload, appropriate nutrition and rest to repair and recover, are essential to permanent and sustainable results. With more than 40 years of personal experience and 23 as a professional with ISSA certification, I have had the privilege of training a hundred individuals in the field of bodybuilding, powerlifting and body sculpting. I am confident that I can help anyone improve regardless of their current state: From beginners simply wanting to look and feel better, to experienced athletes looking to compete at a higher level.
