As a Certified Personal Trainer, I greatly value client experience. I specialize in functional strength training, behaviour change, and corrective exercise. I have helped clients struggling with body composition, building habits, and gaining an overall sense of confidence. My early interest in competitive dance gave me a great understanding of mobility, strength and stability. This also has led me down the path of corrective exercise and injury prevention. I am also very excited to help women who are both pregnant, and postpartum.
